Refunds of unused items accepted up to 7 days after delivery. Used items will not be refunded.
If your item arrives damages, please email us at hello@maocandles.com with pictures of the damaged product and your order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
